Cook for Noot Nordik Kitchen & Bar at Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel

Noot is a restaurant serving New Nordic cuisine based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Sustainability, local sourcing, zero waste, and seasonality are words we live by. While we are not fine dining, we are ambitious about the restaurant experience we want to convey. This applies to everything from the wine list and food to, of course, the level of service. The idea is a cost-effective and interesting menu.

We are looking for a cook who wants to join our team and make our guests' experience something extraordinary.

What We Require From You

The candidate we are looking for must have excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards both guests and colleagues. We require you to be a certified cook from a culinary school and/or have 3 years of documented professional experience. A burning interest in local ingredients and sustainability, flexibility, quality awareness, but above all, passion and a desire to develop!

Good knowledge of Swedish or English.
