We are now looking for a Barception employee for the summer at Bar Vanilla – a combined role within the bar and reception. We would love for you to continue into the autumn!

The position involves an average of approximately 3 shifts per week (some weeks have more shifts, some have fewer), including every other weekend. Shifts are from 14:00 to 20:00. A complete summer schedule is available, starting the week after Midsummer.

About the role

Here, you are an important part of the guest experience – from the first hello at the reception to the evening drink at the bar.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• welcoming and assisting hotel guests
• working in the barception/reception
• selling drinks and simple food items
• creating a warm and personal atmosphere
• handling various tasks simultaneously

As the bar is in a startup phase, we are looking for someone who is not only service-minded but also enjoys selling, taking initiative, and contributing to the development of the business.

• can make independent decisions and solve problems on the spot
• enjoys a fast pace and multitasking
• has a feel for service and sales

Previous experience from hotel reception or a bar is required.
