About the role

• Location: Finspång

• Working hours: 2-shift + weekend (with free day) / Night shift

• Employment type: Fixed-term (full-time)

• Start date: Immediately / as agreed

As a CNC operator, you will work with monitoring and operating CNC-controlled machines where you ensure that production follows drawings, dimensions, and quality requirements. You will set up machines, change tools, perform ongoing checks, and make adjustments as needed. The work also involves following routines, documenting deviations, and collaborating with colleagues to keep production efficient, safe, and stable.

About you

We are looking for an independent and experienced CNC operator who is used to working carefully and methodically throughout the entire process. You have the ability to perform measurements, quality controls, and troubleshooting on your own when needed, and thrive in a pace where structure and precision are important.

You take responsibility, communicate clearly, and collaborate when necessary. Experience with forklift driving is seen as a natural part of the role, and you contribute with stability, order, and a strong focus on quality in production.

Formal qualifications

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Education or equivalent experience within CNC

• Forklift license A+B

Meritorious

• Overhead crane license

• Experience with grinding

• Measurement skills & reading drawings
