As a Transport Leader at Wiklunds, you are the hub of the network. You receive orders, assist customers with our waste services, and coordinate with drivers to ensure assignments are carried out smoothly, always with a focus on safety, quality, and service.

You will be part of a team of five transport leaders and report to the department manager. At our company, collaboration and humor are integral parts of everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming orders via phone and email.
• Guide and assist customers regarding Wiklunds' waste services.
• Maintain daily contact with drivers to coordinate and follow up on assignments.
• Support drivers in their daily work, ensuring tasks are performed with a focus on safety, quality, and service.
• Handle administration: invoicing, follow-up, and documentation.
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers, drivers, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience from the transport industry, preferably within waste management.
• Good IT skills and computer proficiency.
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Valid B-driver's license.

Merits

• Previous experience as a transport leader.
• Experience in customer service or other service-oriented roles.
• Previous experience as a truck driver.

Terms of Employment

We offer a permanent full-time position, starting with a six-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00, based at our office in Kallhäll, Järfälla.
