We are now looking for a Work Supervisor for the loading/unloading area at our client's site in Rydaholm. Here you will have a central role in the operations, responsible for ensuring that today's orders are delivered as planned while simultaneously working long-term to develop both processes and employees.

As a Work Supervisor, you are responsible for the daily operations within the loading/unloading area. The role is primarily administrative and involves planning, coordinating, and following up on operations to ensure an efficient and high-quality flow.

You lead and distribute work within the group and serve as a support for employees in their daily tasks. An important part of the role is to create the conditions for the group to reach its goals and for the operations to be continuously developed.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordination of daily loading/unloading
• Ensuring that today's orders are delivered as planned
• Supervising and supporting employees in their daily work
• Monitoring operational results and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identifying and implementing improvements to processes and working methods
• Developing the group and its individuals through coaching and follow-up
• Daily use of business and logistics systems
• Collaborating with internal departments to create efficient flows

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in supervision or other leadership roles within logistics, warehousing, or production
• Strong administrative skills and experience working in a structured manner
• Very good IT skills
• Experience working in business and logistics systems
• Good ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

As a person, you are responsible, communicative, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily with others and are motivated by developing both operations and people.

The position of Work Supervisor is a full-time consultancy assignment initially lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. After 6 months, our client intends to offer you a permanent position.
