We are now looking for a Workshop Manager Vehicle Technician for our depot in Helsingborg, Trintegatan 9. You will be employed by Telepass AB, which is part of Nobina Care, a business area within the Nobina Group.

About the role

As a Vehicle Technician, you are responsible for the service, maintenance, and repairs of our vehicles within special public transport. You will be a key part of ensuring our buses and cars are safe, reliable, and ready to run every day.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing troubleshooting, diagnostics, service, and repairs on buses and cars.
• Ensuring that service and maintenance are carried out according to manufacturer instructions.
• Monitoring warranty periods for vehicles.
• Ensuring that taximeter inspections and alcohol lock calibrations are performed.
• Preparing, planning, and carrying out tire changes.
• Working with mechanics, electricity, electronics, and some data/diagnostic equipment.
• Following current routines, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Collaborating closely with colleagues, unit managers, and drivers to plan work efficiently.
• Contributing to an orderly, safe, and sustainable workshop environment.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who thrives in a workshop environment and enjoys solving technical problems together with others. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a practical approach.

We would like you to have:

• At least a few years of experience as a vehicle technician, mechanic, or similar.
• Vehicle technical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent competence.
• Good knowledge of heavy vehicles, hydraulics, electricity, and/or diagnostic systems.
• Category B driving license.
• Category D driving license is an advantage (not a requirement).
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as basic English technical terms.

Personal qualities that are valued include teamwork, structure, and a willingness to develop.
