About the Role

As a CNC Operator, you will program, set up, and monitor CNC machines to manufacture components according to specific drawings and quality requirements. In addition to machine programming, your tasks include monitoring machines, performing regular maintenance and minor repairs, and ensuring product quality. It is also important that you collaborate with the company's production and quality departments to optimize the manufacturing process.

The position is full-time, with varying working hours.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience as a CNC Operator and familiarity with working with lathes, milling machines, and 3D lasers. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to understand instructions and directives. A valid driver's license and access to a car are mandatory for this role.

Advantageous Qualifications

Experience in programming and optimizing CNC machines to streamline the manufacturing process is advantageous. Knowledge of machine technology, regular maintenance, minor repairs, and collaboration with production and quality departments is also appreciated. A forklift license is also considered an asset.
