Our client is a workshop company in the Ljungby region specializing in sheet metal processing and series production. We are currently looking for a MIG/MAG welder for a long-term assignment via staffing. You will be employed by us at Montico and work on-site at the client's premises. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity for direct employment with the client.

Job Description
In this role, you will primarily perform MIG/MAG welding of series-produced components made of steel and sheet metal. You will weld according to drawings and WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications), be responsible for joint preparation, and conduct self-inspection of your work. The production involves repetitive tasks but demands high standards of quality and precision. You will become part of a cohesive team in the welding and sheet metal workshop, working according to current safety routines, with order and tidiness being a natural part of your daily work.

Requirements:
- Documented experience with MIG/MAG welding in industrial production.
- Valid welder qualification according to SS-EN ISO 9606-1 for MIG/MAG (steel).
- Good ability to read and work according to drawings and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of materials, specifically steel and sheet metal; experience with stainless steel or aluminum is a plus.
- High awareness of quality and safety, as well as experience with self-inspection.
- Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Merits:
- Workshop technology or industrial technology education with a focus on welding.
- Experience with series production or working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Forklift and/or overhead crane license.
- Experience with adjacent workshop tasks such as grinding, deburring, or simple assembly.
