Primär is a group consisting of Primär Service Management, Primär Property Management, and Primär Facility Cleaning. Primär is looking for a qualified Building Caretaker (Fastighetsskötare) for our operations in Åkersberga.

About the Role

As a building caretaker at Primär, you are responsible for the operation and maintenance of various properties. You perform minor repairs in buildings and manage facilities and equipment in the outdoor environment. The building caretaker has daily contact with service users, operators, and tenants. You work in the daily operations for our customers, and your tasks include, among others:

• Corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Property inspection (e.g., SBA, systematic fire safety work)
• Contact with tenants
• Waste management, composting, recycling
• Cleaning, e.g., picking up litter, emptying trash bins

Who Are You?

We are looking for you who have at least two years of practical experience in the inspection, maintenance, and ongoing upkeep of properties. You have relevant education in the property sector or have acquired equivalent competence through professional experience.

A valid Class B driver's license is required for this position.

It is an advantage if you have education in Hot Work or other relevant property-related training.

You have basic computer skills and are comfortable using digital systems in your daily work. Since the role involves close contact with both customers and colleagues, as well as following work instructions, safety regulations, and routines, you must master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are service-oriented, engaged, and enjoy customer contact. You work equally well independently and together with your colleagues, and you have a natural drive to help others and find solutions. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and structured, with a good ability to plan and follow up on your commitments.

What We Offer
