We are now looking for an experienced Maintenance and Service Technician for our factory in Gransholm.

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Maintenance and Service Technician, you play a key role in the operation, responsible for ensuring our production lines function optimally. You work closely with the plant manager and operators to ensure high operational reliability, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing.

In this role, you are responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as identifying, analyzing, and resolving disruptions that affect operations. You work with mechanics, pneumatics, basic electrical technology, and fine mechanical components in a modern manufacturing environment with high demands for quality and cleanliness.

You plan and carry out ongoing maintenance activities, troubleshoot and correct deviations, and ensure that machines and equipment maintain high availability. The work includes adjustments, component replacements, and process optimization to maintain stable and efficient production. You are also responsible for spare parts management and maintain regular contact with machine suppliers and external service partners as needed.

An important part of the role is to analyze production flows and identify opportunities for improvement that can contribute to increased efficiency, quality, and operational reliability. You act as technical support to the operation and share your knowledge to develop operators' competence and create good conditions for a well-functioning collaboration between technology and production.

You work in a food-grade production environment where high demands are placed on hygiene, quality, and precision. This means that structure, responsibility, and a quality-conscious approach to work are a natural part of everyday life.

The role involves significant personal responsibility with good opportunities to influence how maintenance and improvement work is carried out moving forward.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Experience in maintenance, service, or process technology work within manufacturing industry.
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem-solving in production equipment.
• Good understanding of mechanics, pneumatics, and technical production processes.
• Ability to see the whole picture in a production flow and understand the connection between technology, quality, and production.
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Technical education at high school level or equivalent work experience.

Additional qualifications for the role include post-secondary education in a relevant field and experience from the food industry or other quality-controlled production environments.
