SERVICE ENGINEER

Do you have experience working with control and regulation technology in some type of industrial environment? Then this role is for you!

We are currently looking for our new colleague who has experience and knowledge in hydraulics as well as control and regulation technology, with a focus on hydraulic presses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

In the role of Service Engineer, you will have varied tasks, ranging from working with preventive maintenance to repairing and restoring machines in the event of breakdowns and production stoppages.

You will primarily service production equipment, but other business-related tasks are also included. Furthermore, you are responsible for documentation and reporting of completed interventions in the maintenance system.

The role is a permanent full-time position located during daytime hours. On-call duty is included in the work.

TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE

• Previous experience working as, for example, an automation technician, service technician, or maintenance technician.
• You will use maintenance systems and Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, in your daily work. Therefore, prior knowledge and experience with these is a plus.
• You are accustomed to contacting maintenance suppliers, and therefore good communication skills are necessary to succeed in the role.
• You are pedagogical, as the role involves training and coaching production personnel in operator maintenance.
• You are responsible and accustomed to ensuring that technical availability meets set targets.
• You are comfortable creating risk analyses for spare parts with regard to production stoppages.
• You are practical and often participate in the installation of machines and equipment.
• As a person, you are curious and social, and you work well both in a team and independently.
• You are proactive and notice and contribute to improvements.
• Your knowledge of preventive maintenance of hydraulic presses is highly meritorious.
• Some knowledge of reading electrical diagrams is also meritorious.
• You speak fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
