About the role

Our client in Lidköping is currently looking for CNC operators for their production. The assignment starts as a temporary position via Ikett Personalpartner with very good opportunities for conversion to permanent employment with the client after 6 months.

About the role:

At our client's facility, you will work with CNC machining within the metal industry. The production consists of contract manufacturing where quality, precision, and efficiency are the focus. The role involves responsibility for the daily operation of your machines, with tasks including setup, tool changes, program corrections, and ongoing quality control. You will work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure a stable and efficient production flow.

The company has a modern and automated production where they manufacture everything from prototypes to volume series. Here you will have the opportunity to develop in your role and work in a business where technology, quality, and improvement work are a natural part of everyday life.

Your profile:

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience as a CNC operator in the metal industry and feel confident in the daily work at the machine. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a technical interest that makes you enjoy solving problems and developing working methods. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to good cooperation and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience of CNC machining in the metal industry (approx. 2–4 years or equivalent)
• Experience of setting up, monitoring, and adjusting CNC machines
• Good understanding of reading drawings and measuring techniques
• Fluent in Swedish (speaking and writing)
• Driver's license and car

Merits:

• Experience with CNC turning
• Experience with programming or program correction
• Forklift and overhead crane certificates

Working hours: Several different types of shifts are available.
Start date: According to agreement
