About Us:

Our Food and Cleaning services operate within the municipality's preschools, schools, and care facilities, providing cooking, meal services, and cleaning.

Your Role:

You will clean and contribute to creating a good indoor environment and well-being in the municipality's premises. You look forward to working together with us according to the food and cleaning operations' goals, frameworks, and routines. Work with facility maintenance in our premises includes daily cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, as well as tasks such as planning, organizing, and ordering cleaning materials. Documentation and self-control are performed using the digital cleaning program Clean Pilot.

Scope of Positions

• A permanent position as a Facility Cleaner at 100%.
• A fixed-term position as a Facility Cleaner at 100% until December 31, 2026.
• A fixed-term position as a Facility Cleaner/Kitchen Assistant in the pool at 50% until February 28, 2027.

Qualifications:

Education according to SRY, Pryl, or equivalent competence assessed by the employer. Experience in facility maintenance. You have access to your own car and driver's license as work in other locations may occur. You are also interested in environmental and climate issues.

Merits:

• Experience working with cleaning machines, such as combination scrubber-dryers.
• Knowledge and experience in floor care.
• Digital literacy.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and function well in a group with high social competence. You see service as an important part of the work, which requires flexibility and, above all, a positive attitude in meetings with colleagues, guests, and customers. You are good at communicating and collaborating, as we see employee involvement as important in our operations. You are not unfamiliar with changes, are responsible, and can take initiative. You have good planning skills and logical thinking, as part of the work involves creating cleaning schedules with times in the planning. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.
