We are currently looking for an employee who will primarily work with plant care, supplemented by delivering fruit baskets to our customers a few days a week.

Företagsväxter AB started its operations in 1990 and has since focused on its business idea: to sell and deliver fruit baskets, living green plants, and pots of the highest quality. We have two main areas of focus – a department for plant decoration with plant service, and a fruit department for deliveries of fruit and gift baskets. Our customers are exclusively businesses.

Our service and products should be perceived as the most professional and best in our industry. We strive to live up to our slogan "make life greener" and deliver plant power and vitamins to the business community. We are always regarded as a long-term supplier of our services and products.

Företagsväxter is a privately owned company with the same owners since its inception. We have approximately 90 employees and had a turnover of approx. 135 MSEK in 2025. We operate throughout Sweden, with our headquarters located in Knivsta, north of Stockholm. Our regional offices are in Malmö, Gothenburg, Linköping, Örebro, Sundsvall, and Umeå.

We are now looking for a plant caretaker. You enjoy meeting people, creating a pleasant atmosphere, and are interested in helping plants thrive.

As a plant caretaker, you are the face of the company and work with plant maintenance, both indoors and outdoors, at our customers' premises in the Mälaren Valley area.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Continuous maintenance
• Repotting
• Relocating plants
• Delivery of new plants
• Ordering plants
• Inventory management
• Delivery of fruit baskets

The position is part-time.

As a person, you are responsible, organized, and stress-resistant. You have good social skills and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the job involves reading instructions.

A large part of the work takes place on-site at our customers' locations. Therefore, we look for someone with great commitment, a good sense of service, and professional conduct. Naturally, you should enjoy plants and greenery. We want you to have previous experience working with plants. The work can sometimes be physically demanding, requiring good general fitness. A driving license and experience driving larger vehicles is an advantage.
