For our client, we are currently looking for a Business Manager in Bollnäs. The assignment is 50-100% and is expected to start immediately and run until 2026-12-31.
About the Assignment
We are looking for an experienced interim Business Manager who will be responsible for leading and developing the Infrastructure Department. The department covers the areas of property, streets/parks, car pool, and support functions, which are organized into three units. The responsibility also includes the unit manager role for projects and planning, which involves administrators and services related to streets and land.
As Business Manager, you lead the department's management group and report directly to the Administrative Director. You have personnel responsibility for two unit managers and approximately 11 employees, consisting of staff within projects and planning, support functions, and six operations technicians.
As Business Manager, you are also part of the administration's management group and actively contribute to the administration's strategic development and goal achievement.

About You
We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- University education in a relevant field.
- At least 10 years of experience working as an Administrative Director or similar in municipal operations.
- Experience in change management and organizational change.
- Good experience in handling media.
- Strong political understanding.
- Experience in implementing organizational change in both large and small municipalities.
Desired personal qualities: We are looking for you who are an experienced and confident leader with a good ability to lead operations through change. You maintain your calm even in pressurized situations and have the ability to make well-founded decisions when conditions change. You are accustomed to handling contacts with media, politicians, employees, and other stakeholders, and have a non-hierarchical and trust-building leadership style. As a person, you are structured, communicative, and results-oriented.
