Job Description

We are looking for an experienced wet painter to take full responsibility for our client's painting department. The role involves independently planning, preparing, and executing painting work with a focus on high quality and efficient workflow. A significant part of the job consists of preparatory tasks such as sanding, filling, cleaning, masking, and other surface treatments required to achieve a first-class final result. You will then be responsible for the entire painting process, from color preparation and application to quality control of finished parts. The position also includes responsibility for the daily operation of the painting line, ensuring that equipment, materials, and processes function optimally. The work primarily involves painting components and products for the industry, where precision, professional pride, and a sense for finish are crucial.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in wet painting and feel confident working independently through the entire process from preparation to finished product. You have a good understanding of materials, paint systems, and surface treatments, and know the requirements needed to achieve a sustainable and professional result. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and quality-conscious. You enjoy taking ownership, planning your work, and making decisions within your area. Since you will be the driving force in the department, it is important that you are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of organizing and prioritizing your work efficiently. To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience in industrial wet painting or similar operations.
