Process and Improvement Leader within Logistics at ICA Transport

Your challenges and opportunities:

• Innovative Leadership: You will lead and inspire our logistics team, implementing and embedding standardized processes and ways of working within the logistics and transport organization to maximize efficiency and quality. Your contribution will be key to creating a culture that promotes continuous improvement and ways of working that simplify life for our employees.
• Improvement in Focus: Your role involves supporting and driving improvements in the business, and you are accustomed to leading change. You will be an advocate for best practice and continuous improvement in our main processes, with a strong focus on exceeding our customers' expectations.
• Structured Process Documentation: Contribute to the development of our process documentation within Logistics' management system. You will ensure that the documentation is up-to-date, user-friendly, and reflects the highest industry standards.
• Representation in Interface Forums: Act as Transport's representative in cross-functional interfaces within Logistics and in relevant projects. Your engagement will be crucial to ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency.

We are looking for you who are passionate about leading change and have:

• Knowledge and experience of successfully working/leading a business based on Lean and/or agile approaches.
• The ability to coach and provide valuable feedback, contributing to learning and development.
• A proactive attitude towards identifying improvements and best practices, as well as the ability to communicate and document these in a simple and clear manner.
• Experience in leading projects and a strong desire to drive them to success.

Desirable competencies and experience:

• University education in the field.
• Experience working in MS365.
• Experience working with ISO standards, laws, and requirements.
• Good understanding of logistics and logistics flows.
• Good ability to describe and visualize processes (Value Stream Mapping).
