Do you have experience working with cars and thrive in a role that combines a passion for automobiles with customer interaction? We are now looking for an engaged and responsible car tester/customer receptionist to join our operations in Strängnäs.

About the role
As a car tester/customer receptionist, you will enjoy a varied workday where you both work practically with cars and interact with customers. You are responsible for test-driving and inspecting vehicles, as well as welcoming customers who visit us. You play a key role in ensuring that the cars meet the required standards and that customers receive professional service.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in cars, who is meticulous in their work and enjoys a social role where you meet new people every day.

Responsibilities

• Test driving and inspection of cars
• Basic inspection and assessment of vehicle condition
• Welcoming customers and assisting them on-site
• Answering questions and providing information about the vehicles
• Documenting test results and following up when necessary
• Contributing to a professional and pleasant customer experience

Working hours
Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00.

Requirements

• Experience working with cars
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Strong service orientation and excellent customer interaction skills
• Responsible, meticulous, and punctual

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience from an auto workshop, car dealership, or similar work
