About the role

We are currently seeking a property caretaker based in Växjö. As a property caretaker, you will become part of an engaged team responsible primarily for our customers' outdoor environments. The work is varied and suits you who enjoy physical work and have the drive and commitment to provide professional service to our customers. Your duties include:

• Grass and hedge cutting, trimming, and weed control
• Planting and maintenance of green areas
• Snow and ice control
• Waste management and rounds/inspection of properties
• Simple repairs and maintenance work
• Professional service and contact with residents and boards
• Simple indoor cleaning when needed

As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face to the outside world. Therefore, we place great emphasis on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. You thrive working both independently and in a team. We are proud to deliver high-quality service to our customers and therefore value your commitment to the work.

We are looking for you who:

• enjoy working in a service role and are accustomed to customer contact
• have experience handling hand tools, equipment, and machinery
• are handy and have a genuine interest in plants and gardening
• are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• are comfortable working with digital tools
• Meritorious: have training for brush cutters, chainsaws, hot work, lift, and fall protection, or alternatively have experience and/or relevant education in the field

A Category B driver's license for manual transmission is required as travel between customers is part of the job.

We offer a permanent full-time position, with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position is located at our office in Växjö. Start date July 1st or as agreed.
