About the role

We are now looking for a property caretaker based in Växjö. As a property caretaker, you will become part of an engaged team responsible primarily for our customers' outdoor environments. The work is varied and suits you if you enjoy physical work and have the willingness and commitment to provide professional service to our customers. Your tasks include:

• Grass and hedge cutting, trimming, and weed control
• Planting and maintenance of green areas
• Snow and ice control
• Waste management and rounds/inspection of properties
• Simple repairs and maintenance work
• Professional service and contact with residents and boards
• Simple indoor cleaning when needed

About you

As a property caretaker, you work closely with the customer and are our face outwards. Therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is passionate about creating a good and pleasant living environment. As a person, you are service-oriented, have a positive attitude, and take responsibility for your work. You enjoy working both independently and in a team. We are proud to deliver high-quality service to our customers and therefore value your engagement in the work.

We are looking for someone who:

• enjoys working in a service role and is accustomed to customer contact
• has experience handling hand tools, equipment, and machinery
• is handy and has a genuine interest in plants and gardening
• is proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• is comfortable working with digital tools
• Meritorious: has training for brush cutters, chainsaws, hot work, lift, and fall protection, or alternatively experience and/or relevant education in the field

A B-category driver's license for manual transmission is required as travel between customers is part of the job.

We offer a permanent full-time position, with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The position is located at our office in Växjö. Start date July 1st or as agreed.
