Do you have experience in project management and a good understanding of laws and authority requirements? Entrecon Consulting receives continuous requests from our clients for skilled and experienced project managers.

We accept applications on an ongoing basis and match them with requests from our clients and buyers. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at the client's site.

The Assignment

The role of project manager involves, among other things, overall responsibility for planning and leading the work, and preparing decisions for the client regarding time, economy, and quality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing project plans, convening and leading meetings with project groups, and anchoring and communicating decisions and information within the organization. Further duties include resource procurement, compiling request documents, negotiating with parties, leading environmental and work environment issues, and reporting to the client. You are also responsible for contacts with authorities, customers, and suppliers.

Competence

We are looking for you who have the following experience:

• Good knowledge of the land and infrastructure process and documented experience in planning, design management, cost monitoring, forecasting, KMA (Time, Cost, Quality), procurement, and production.
• You should have worked as a project/design and/or construction manager within land and infrastructure for at least 5 years, preferably more.
• You have qualifications as a work environment coordinator, BAS-P and BAS-U.
• You have good knowledge of contract and consulting law, AB04/ABT06, as well as AMA and MER Anläggning.
• It is a big plus if you have experience with concrete, preferably concrete class 1, preferably 2. Also preferably experience from water and sewer (VA) projects.
• You have a degree in civil or university engineering or other construction technology education, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through longer professional experience.
