Call 4 Care AB is a Jönköping-based full-service provider within moving and cleaning, offering "a complete range of moving and cleaning services in a total concept" under one roof. We are looking for you who have previous experience in the cleaning industry and are accustomed to customer contact. You have good communication skills and thrive when leading and developing other people in their work. Experience with post-move cleaning is a plus. You enjoy building and driving a strong team. It is important that you are social, detail-oriented, positive, and actively seek contact with both potential corporate and private customers.

Responsibilities

• Allocate responsibilities and tasks within the work group.
• Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with established routines and methods.
• Actively work to safeguard safety in the workplace.
• Ensure work quality and hold overall responsibility for the working environment.
• Motivate and coach your employees and subcontractors by being available and flexible.

Your Qualifications

• You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• You have a high school education or equivalent.
• A valid Class B driver's license is required.
