At Allegio Care, we employ nursing assistants, care assistants, and janitorial staff. We are nothing without our skilled employees!

Competence is important – therefore, we maintain a high level of education among our staff. We are constantly working on development within our operations and ensure quality assurance through self-control measures.

The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, meaning "selected crew" or "elite unit". We work according to this motto: we know that we offer the best services when we also have the best and most dedicated employees!

We provide care and services to our customers through official assistance decisions. Based on the customer's needs, we work together to create a secure service tailored to their requirements and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments to meet the needs and routines of our customers. By prioritizing small work groups with good continuity, we ensure high-quality care. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance – we are always striving to improve.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are passionate about working with individuals. Respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is crucial. The requirements for the position include the ability to work independently, as well as in a team, as the work sometimes requires two employees. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have experience with phone communication, as you need to be able to read digital schedules and instructions. Since our customers have pets, you must have experience with animals and no allergies.

If you are a nursing assistant or care assistant, hold a Category B driver's license, and are proficient in Swedish (spoken and written), you will have priority for a fixed-term position with us. A driver's license is a requirement!

Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
