Goods Receiver for Warehouse Operations in Kallhäll

At Simplex, we are currently looking for a driven and responsible goods receiver for one of our clients in Kallhäll. The position is available immediately or by agreement.

About the Role

In this position, you will work with warehouse management with a special focus on inbound deliveries. You will be responsible for receiving incoming goods, ensuring that deliveries match the delivery notes, and registering articles in the company's business system. The work requires good structure, high work capacity, and great attention to detail.

You will work independently on your daily tasks while collaborating closely with colleagues in the warehouse and logistics departments. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities for development within the operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming deliveries.
• Verify that delivered goods match orders and documentation.
• Register products and deliveries in the business system.
• Pick, sort, and place goods according to established procedures and pick lists.
• Operate a reach truck in connection with goods receiving and warehouse management.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys working at a high pace. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and have good planning skills. Previous experience from warehouse and logistics work is a requirement, whether through work or education. Experience in order administration is a plus.

To succeed in this role, you must have documented experience operating a reach truck.

Requirements

• Truck license A+B.
• Documented experience with reach trucks.
• Experience working with inbound or outbound deliveries.
• Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Category B driver's license.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 07:00–16:30, Friday: 07:00–15:00.
• Location: Kallhäll.
• Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
• Employment type: Full-time.
