What you will do

Anticimex Delivery Planners play a key role in our organization. They ensure that we deliver our assignments according to the agreements made between our customers and us. The Delivery Planners plan and optimize our technicians' routes and customer visits based on geography, competence, and priority. You will have our route planning system at your disposal, where you monitor and handle deviations, changes, and priorities. The Delivery Planner communicates continuously with customers and collaborates closely with our technicians to optimize and ensure the quality of the delivery.

Selection of tasks in brief:

• Plan and coordinate our technicians' assignments based on competence, geography, and priority
• Adjust and follow up on deliveries in real-time
• Continuous communication with customers and technicians
• Evaluate, analyze, and develop strategies

Who you are

You are a flexible and confident person who thrives in and masters a changing daily routine. In customer interactions, you are both present and attentive – you quickly grasp the customer's needs, build trust, and spread energy thanks to your curiosity and strong social skills.

With experience from fast-paced service roles, you are accustomed to identifying problems and quickly finding solutions. Rapid changes are a natural part of the job, and you appreciate them as well as solving emerging challenges. You have the ability to create structure in your work and order for both yourself and others.

We also see that you:

• Have experience and familiarity with working in customer service
• Are digitally savvy and comfortable working with computers and systems
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Proficiency in additional languages is a valued plus.
