Main Responsibilities

We are in a phase where we want to build for the future in our store in Långflon. We do this by strengthening the team with people who can take leadership responsibility, join us on our journey, and help build the team and working methods.

If you want to have overall responsibility for one or several departments and lead employees, the role includes:

• Purchasing and sales.
• Ensuring follow-up on gross profit and sales together with the team.
• Ensuring the department achieves our common goals.
• Ensuring profitability and adherence to routines.
• Personnel responsibility.

The customer is the core of our business. Therefore, daily customer contact is important to create a positive store experience, order, and well-stocked shelves. Together with your team, you ensure that the right conditions exist in daily work, such as correct staffing, correct information, and a good working environment where everyone thrives.

You are part of the store's management group, and together you plan both tactical and operational aspects for both the short and long term.

What We Expect

To succeed in this role, you are driven by profitable sales and enjoy working with people. You have basic knowledge of economic key figures and experience leading in a retail environment or similar business. You are a good communicator, able to lead and develop the store's most important asset: our employees. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a probationary period. Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Naturally, we offer salary according to collective agreements.
