Construction Foreman with Focus on Groundworks

We are growing and are now looking for a foreman who wants to help drive our projects forward. If you have experience from the construction industry and a particular interest in groundworks and construction work in urban environments, this could be the next step in your career.

As a foreman, you will have significant responsibility for daily production at our job sites. You will coordinate and lead the work together with subcontractors and other project members. Your task is to ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements, while workplace environment and safety are always in focus.

We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of ground and construction production and thrives in an environment where multiple actors must be coordinated on limited spaces. Urban environments place high demands on planning, logistics, and communication, meaning you need to be structured, solution-oriented, and confident in your leadership. You have the ability to create engagement within the team and are motivated by seeing projects develop from planning to a finished result.

We believe you have a few years of experience from the construction or civil engineering industry, preferably in a supervisory role. Education in construction or civil engineering is meritorious, as is experience from infrastructure, road, or water and sewage projects. A B driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish are prerequisites for the position.
