Description

We are looking for a nursing assistant for our regular duties at Björkbacken, a special housing facility. The position is scheduled with day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for you who want to work to provide our care recipients with good care, well-being, and community. We see that you have good ability to collaborate, are flexible, and responsible.

Qualifications

We are looking for a nursing assistant who is responsible, secure, and flexible. You have an easy time building relationships and are attentive and receptive to others. You enjoy working both independently and together with the team. You should have a solution-oriented mindset and an easy time collaborating with the resident in focus.

It is meritorious if you have education or are studying within care and nursing. Experience in similar work or other life experience is something we value. Being able to speak and write in Swedish is a requirement because in the work you need to communicate with different people, maintain social documentation, and perform medical interventions. You will work closely with other professions to help and support the resident to a dignified life and well-being according to their own conditions.

You must be able to handle a mobile phone and computer.

Salary and Relocation Bonus

Arjeplog Municipality has decided on a salary bonus meaning that the person employed in a current shortage occupation on a permanent position in Arjeplog Municipality, with an employment date after 2018-07-01, has the opportunity to receive a salary bonus for 3 years. Nursing assistant is a current shortage occupation. To receive this bonus, it is required that you are registered in Arjeplog Municipality during these 3 years. The salary bonus is paid when the employment has exceeded: 12 months with 15,000 SEK, 24 months with 22,500 SEK, and 36 months with 30,000 SEK.

There is also the possibility to apply for a relocation bonus, which means that the person who has adequate education and gets a job within a shortage occupation, and registers in Arjeplog, can receive a bonus. Max 30,000 SEK after verified receipts. The bonus is in relation to the degree of employment.
