About the role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients, for a full-time retail assistant position in Karlstad. This is a role for you who want to work in a customer-oriented environment where service, engagement, and variety are part of everyday life.

You will become part of a team where collaboration and a positive attitude are important, and where you have the opportunity to contribute to an inspiring store environment.

Responsibilities
The tasks may vary, but include for example:

• Greeting and assisting customers in the store
• Working with picking and restocking of goods
• Handling cash register and sales
• Contributing to order and structure in the store
• Supporting colleagues in daily operations

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in service and customer interaction
• Is responsible and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a positive attitude and collaborates well with others
• Is flexible and willing to contribute where needed

Previous experience is not a requirement – we value your attitude and willingness to learn.
