Responsibilities

You will actively work to develop and ensure a welcoming, festive, and energetic environment where the guest is always at the center. In this role, you are responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of nightclub events, artist nights, and activities both in the nightclub and in our Beer Garden. Together with the venue manager, you work strategically on artist and event planning, developing the concept based on trends and guest demand.

During event nights, you act as the central link between DJs, artists, technicians, and other staff to ensure the evening runs smoothly and maintains high quality. You are also responsible for creating the right atmosphere through lighting, sound, and the overall experience, as well as ensuring preparations for various themed events are in place.

The role also includes responsibility for bookings, VIP management, contact with artists and DJs, as well as collaboration on marketing and content for social media such as Instagram and TikTok. You will continuously work to create engagement around our events and build relationships with guests, ambassadors, and partners.

Administrative tasks such as artist bookings, follow-up, evaluation, event publishing, and planning are also part of the role.

We are looking for someone who

Is a social, driven, and creative person who is passionate about events, music, and guest experiences. You have an eye for detail while enjoying having a helicopter view of the operations.

You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and accustomed to working evenings and weekends at a high pace. We prefer that you have previous experience from nightclubs, events, restaurants, or similar operations, and feel confident taking responsibility and making decisions during ongoing operations.

You are also communicative, organized, and enjoy collaborating with different departments to create the best possible experience for our guests.

START: According to agreement

SCOPE: Approx. 50% position, including administrative time

HOURS: Evenings & weekends

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Probation / Permanent
