Job Advertisement: Assistant Nurse/Care Staff for Private Home Care

We are currently seeking engaged and flexible assistant nurses/care staff for our home care operations in Mölndal. The position is a temporary hourly contract for the summer of 2026, with the possibility of extension. We are looking for a team player with a caring heart who thrives working both independently and as part of a team. Experience within healthcare and social services is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform care tasks according to delegation.
• Receive and administer medication and insulin (delegation required).
• Provide personal care to our clients.
• Work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
• Contribute to maintaining a good working environment and strong teamwork.

We are looking for you who:

• Hold a valid driver's license (mandatory).
• Have excellent proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are meticulous, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Are a team player capable of working both independently and in a group.
• Have good communication skills and an empathetic attitude.
• Are willing to accept delegation and perform medical tasks such as medication and insulin administration.
