About the role

We are looking for a driven and meticulous property caretaker who wants to play a central role in ensuring that the association's interior and exterior environments maintain a high standard. You will be part of a team of two colleagues who together are responsible for the daily operations and service to our members.

The position is a full-time employment, but we also welcome applications from those who wish to work part-time. Working hours are primarily scheduled on weekdays from 07:00–16:00, and we offer a varied role where you take significant responsibility in a stable environment.

Your responsibilities

Your assignment is diverse and combines supervision of common areas with technical fault resolution. You are responsible for ensuring that the association's outdoor environment and common areas are always in a presentable condition through systematic rounds and maintenance of our green spaces. Alongside this, you actively work with handling and rectifying incoming fault reports. You serve as a key resource in technical maintenance and are expected to step in and solve practical problems in the buildings when needs arise. The role involves constant movement within the area, ensuring that rules of order are followed, and acting proactively to create a safe and well-maintained living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling machinery for property maintenance and outdoor areas.

• Ability to handle both interior and exterior maintenance tasks in a professional manner.

• Experience in practical property maintenance or other technical/practical service work.

• Good ability to work with digital systems for fault reporting and documentation.

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

• Basic knowledge of English.

• Valid driver's license (Category B).

About the employment

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an start date of September 1, 2026. We offer a fixed monthly salary with individual salary setting. We provide a stable work environment with good conditions, modern work tools, and a wellness allowance.

Since the role involves working in people's home environments and access to secure areas, we will request an extract from the criminal record register in connection with the employment.
