We sell work shoes with personal service – right at the customer's workplace.

With care, quality, and joy, we have become market leaders in door-to-door sales of shoes that make a difference in people's daily lives.

We are now looking for a new salesperson for the Karlstad district, as our current salesperson is moving on to new challenges. Could it be you?

Your role

As a salesperson at JOBI, you meet our customers at their workplaces.

You have five pre-booked visits every day, where you showcase the season's shoe collection and help customers find the right shoes for their feet and their work.

You "talk feet" – conduct a needs analysis, let the customer try on shoes, and select the right model.

This is a dynamic role requiring strong interpersonal skills, energy, and personal responsibility.

We are looking for someone who…

• is good at building rapport and trust
• thrives in independent work but also enjoys collaboration
• has at least five years of full-time professional experience
• can handle physically active work (packing, lifting, etc.)
• believes that sales is about helping people

The employment begins with a 6-month probation period.
