About the role of Contracts Engineer

As a Contracts Engineer, you work at the core of the construction project with a focus on structure, administration, and economic follow-up. The role involves supporting the site manager throughout the project and ensuring that the economy, purchasing, documentation, and follow-up function as planned.

In the role, you will work with, among other things:

• Supporting the site manager throughout the entire project execution
• Working with project administration related to production
• Developing and following up on forecasts and costs
• Working with purchasing and contract documents
• Working in project platforms
• Compiling and quality-assuring documentation during the project
• Ensuring order, clarity, and structure in the construction contract

You work in close collaboration with the site manager and other functions in the project.

We are looking for you who have

• Experience as a carpenter or similar professional role within construction production, or alternatively education within construction
• At least four years of experience in the role of Contracts Engineer or a similar role with similar tasks
• Experience working in larger construction contracts, preferably projects over fifty million, but smaller projects may also be relevant
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as the ability to work in English when needed
• Category B driver's license
