Job Description

At Posti Logistics Staffing, we are looking for an experienced Setter for injection molding production in Mullsjö, on behalf of our client. As a Setter, you are responsible for ensuring stable and efficient production in the injection molding machines. You work closely with production to guarantee that the right product reaches the customer, on time and with the correct quality. Tasks may include:

Tool changes and setup of injection molding machines
Start-up, operation, and monitoring according to production orders
Troubleshooting and correction during operational disturbances
Programming and adjustment of robots connected to the machines

Night shifts and evening shifts may occur.

Your Profile

To fit into this role, we believe you are a meticulous and responsible person who thrives in a team environment where quality and improvement are the focus. We also believe that you have previous experience as a setter in injection molding, a good understanding of plastic materials, and the ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
