Job Responsibilities

We are currently looking for production staff for one of our clients in Habo.

As a line operator for our client, you have overall responsibility for ensuring that processes run optimally. Your main tasks involve ensuring smooth workflow and preventing downtime. You are also responsible for exception handling, sampling, and the development of processes and routines. Part of the role includes identifying issues and communicating them effectively.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Exception handling
Ensuring a well-functioning workflow
Implementing improvement processes

Please note that the work may involve contact with chemicals, as the company specializes in surface treatments.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, flexible, and takes great responsibility for their tasks. You are structured in your work approach and enjoy working towards goals. You strive to work efficiently and accurately, even under high pressure. Since the work may be performed both individually and in a team, we expect you to take initiative and collaborate well with others. Shift work may be required.
