HELLO!

I am a 9-year-old girl, and I am currently looking for you to become my new personal assistant. I am a happy and active girl who enjoys listening to music, dancing, running, and jumping. I like to be active, but I also enjoy quiet moments with my tablet sometimes.

I have autism and an intellectual disability. I communicate using single words and use picture support to make myself understood. I understand much of what is said to me and need clear and reassuring adults around me.

Since I lack risk awareness and sometimes run off or put things in my mouth, I need constant supervision. I can also become aggressive when things get difficult, so I need a calm and reassuring assistant who can help me in various situations.

There are both a cat and a dog at my home, so it is important that you are not allergic.

You will be employed by Vivida Assistans, my assistance company, but the actual work will be performed in my home.

WHAT A TYPICAL WORK DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE

During a day with me, you help me understand my day, help me communicate, and create safety in different situations. Sometimes you need to help me get started with activities when motivation isn't quite there. This might involve creative ways to spark my interest and do fun things together.

Since I need constant supervision, you are always close to me, both indoors and outdoors, to help me feel safe and secure in my daily life.

HOURS AND PERCENTAGE OF EMPLOYMENT

Approx. 30%. The working hours are primarily scheduled for weekends, but also some afternoons/evenings. For example, weekends 8 AM - 8 PM and afternoons/evenings 4 PM - 10 PM. For the right person, there is some flexibility regarding working hours.

This is a perfect part-time job for you who are studying.

WHEN CAN YOU START WORKING WITH ME?

I need a new assistant immediately, so it is good if you are available as soon as possible. Otherwise, we can agree on a start date if it feels like we are a good match!

YOUR SALARY

At Vivida, you as an assistant receive a fixed base hourly wage + holiday pay and any shift allowance (OB). Collective agreements apply.
