Do you want a varied role where you combine leadership, planning, and hands-on work close to production? We are now looking for a Team Leader for the facility in Lessebo at Touch AB.

About the role

This is a staff position with a strong presence in production. You will be a key person in the daily work, leading, distributing, and following up on production – while also being present on-site in the operations.

The role is roughly:

• 50% in production – close to the team, leading the work, following up on quality and working environment
• 50% administrative work – planning, reporting, purchasing, and follow-up

You will become the link between planning and execution and play an important role in creating structure, quality, and well-being in the work group.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work in production
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and working environment
• Be present in production and support the team operationally
• Plan production and resources
• Report orders and follow up on results
• Responsible for certain purchases and administrative tasks
• Work with improvements and development of working methods

We are looking for you who

• Have experience in a leadership role, preferably within production or similar operations
• Alternatively, have relevant education in production, technology, or leadership
• Are a clear and secure leader who can handle both daily routines and challenging situations
• Have the ability to handle difficult conversations in a respectful and professional manner
• Have good social competence and can adapt your leadership style to different individuals
• Enjoy a role where you switch between office and production

Requirements

• Good computer skills (you will work with planning, reporting, and follow-up daily)
