We are now looking for an assistant to strengthen our work team.

For this woman who uses a wheelchair, we are looking for you, an assistant who understands the importance of good cooperation with the customer, colleagues, and us as the service provider. Here you are offered a job where your effort is noticed and appreciated.

At our customer's location in central Tibro, we are looking for you who want to become a secure and valuable assistant and colleague. We work according to daily routines and documentation. We would like the assistants here to have a positive and relaxed attitude. A positive and resourceful problem solver who sees solutions instead of problems – that is what we need!

As an assistant here, you strengthen and support in daily chores as well as activities that add value to life. For this woman, it is about shopping, going on long walks, and other small outings.

The daily work consists of supporting what our customer cannot do themselves. Our customer needs help with everything from feeding to hygiene, exercise, and other daily chores such as shopping, laundry, and cleaning. We offer pleasant colleagues and a customer who truly appreciates their assistants.

The assistant's role and experience

As a person, you need to be careful, responsible, sensitive, proactive, and positive.

You will receive individualized introduction/training in all parts regarding the customer's need for help and routines. You need to be flexible regarding working hours because we in the work team cover staffing if someone gets sick – we step up for our customer and each other.

Desirable experience

• Experience from work within care/elderly care.
• Swedish in speech and writing.
• Good physical fitness.

Working hours/employment degree

• Hourly employment.
• Every other weekend.
• Extra as needed during the regular assistant's sick leave and vacation.

About salary

• We apply salary according to Fremia Collective Agreement.
• We offer health and wellness benefits.
