About the Company

Do you have experience welding stainless steel and want to work in a stable industrial operation where quality and professional skill are in focus? We are now looking for an experienced welder for our client in Falkenberg. Here you will work in an engaged team where everyone helps each other in production, and where there are good opportunities for further professional development. The position is full-time, and the work is performed in two shifts.

Job Description

Our client is an established industrial company within manufacturing and workshop production. The company works with the manufacture of components and structures where welding is a central part of the production. The operation is characterized by high quality, precision, and a strong focus on safe production. Here you become part of a team where collaboration, responsibility, and professional pride are important parts of the workday. As a welder, you will work in production welding components and structures primarily made of stainless steel. The work is done according to drawings and requires precision, quality, and technical understanding. Tasks may include among other things: • Welding in stainless steel material • Working according to drawings and specifications • Inspection of welds and quality control • Collaboration with colleagues in production • Contributing to improvements in working methods and processes You will work in a team where you support each other in production, while the role requires that you are confident in your craft and can take responsibility for your work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience with welding and feel confident working with stainless materials in an industrial environment. Requirements: • Experience of welding in stainless steel material • Experience of at least one or several welding methods (e.g., TIG, MIG, or MAG) • Ability to read drawings • Experience of working within the workshop or manufacturing industry • Swedish language skills (written and spoken) Merits: • Welding licenses • Experience of several welding methods • Forklift or crane license As a person, you are responsible, precise, and a team player. You have a positive attitude towards work and a desire to continue developing within your profession.
