On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a driven and structured warehouse employee. The client is a leading and fast-growing player in the plumbing and HVAC industry, constantly gaining new market shares. From their distribution warehouse in Malmö, they serve their customers in the region with the goal of delivering within 24 hours.

About the role

This is a broad and dynamic role where the pace changes quickly. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that logistics at the warehouse run efficiently. Since the client promises fast deliveries, the mornings are the most intense period – everything must be packed, booked, and ready for transport by 10:00 AM. It is important to be quick on your feet and focused from the start.

Responsibilities

The role involves physical and varied work at the warehouse where you handle the entire flow from incoming goods to delivery and customer service. You will work with a counterbalance forklift as a tool, but are expected to work quickly and efficiently even without equipment.

• Order picking and packing: The warehouse handles approx. 2500 articles. The packages can weigh anything from 1 kg to heavy lifts (up to 30 kg).
• Loading and unloading: Receive and send off goods. The forklift is primarily used for unloading and loading.
• Warehouse structure: Unpack goods, perform warehouse moves, and handle material orders.
• Customer service: Help tradesmen and customers who visit the shop/warehouse.
• Ensure order and tidiness in the warehouse areas.

We are looking for you who

• Have a forklift license A and B with experience using a counterbalance forklift.
• Have the ability to handle heavy lifts up to 30 kg.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish for communication with colleagues and customers.
• Have basic ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Are meticulous and tidy.

It is an advantage if you have

• Previous experience in warehouse work.
• Knowledge within the plumbing and HVAC area.
