Welcome to Sävedalen Home Care for a monthly summer vacancy!

We are currently looking for two individuals who can work on a fixed schedule this summer:

• 1 person for weeks 29-38
• 1 person for weeks 28-36

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and every other weekend: 07:00-15:30 and 14:00-22:00. It is not possible to opt out of any shifts or the every-other-weekend requirement.

Job Responsibilities

The tasks are diverse:

• You will work closely with individuals, providing personal care, hygiene assistance, and accompaniment.
• You will need to handle medication, which requires a delegation training course that we offer on June 17th.
• You must be able to maintain a low-affective approach in your interactions.

You will receive a one-month employment contract. You will work according to the schedule during the summer period when permanent staff are on vacation.

In Partille Municipality, a full-time equivalent is defined as 37 hours for day and evening work, and 34 hours for night work.

Qualifications

• Valid B-driver's license and driving experience.
• Availability to work the entire scheduled period (weeks 29-38 or weeks 28-36).

Good to Know

To be invited for an interview, you must be able to present a passing grade in Swedish 1 at the upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is missing, you will be required to take a digital language test.
