As a machine operator, you are responsible for monitoring the work of the CNC machines and ensuring that production follows the specified dimensions and quality requirements. The assignment is part of our rental business, which means you will be employed by Lernia and work as a consultant for our client in Eksjö. The assignment is long-term, and the goal is that you will eventually be offered direct employment with the client company.

• Start date: According to agreement

• Fixed-term employment – full-time

• Working hours: 3-shift system (morning, night, afternoon)

To fit this position, it is crucial that you are flexible and have a strong work ethic. As a person, you are expected to be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and to handle your work efficiently. You should also be practical, capable of working both independently and in a group, and have good physical fitness. The work involves shift work, so you need to be a flexible person who can work nights, days, and evenings.

• Driver's license B & access to a car

• Good knowledge of Swedish

• Education or previous experience as a machine operator, CNC operator, or process operator

• Forklift license A+B

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, especially the metal industry
