We are now looking for an engaged and driven Team Leader for our client's warehouse operations in Landvetter.

The position is full-time with working hours Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:30, starting immediately.

The assignment means that you will be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at our client's site.

As a Team Leader, you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work in the warehouse, ensuring that operations run efficiently and in an organized manner. You act as a key contact person between staff and management, actively working to create a positive work climate focused on quality, safety, and collaboration.

We are looking for someone who is confident in a leadership role and motivated by coaching and supporting others in their daily work. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and capable of working both operationally and administratively. The role requires you to be flexible, responsible, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment where no two days are alike.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse work.
• Valid forklift licenses A1-4 and B1-4.
• Strong ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Good computer skills and administrative ability.

Merits:

• Experience working with Autostore systems.
• Experience with KPI tracking and personnel planning.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within warehousing or logistics.
