Cleanflat Sverige AB is a growing cleaning company delivering high-quality cleaning services to both private individuals and businesses. We always put the customer and our employees first. To continue developing and strengthening our administrative base, we are now looking for an engaged, structured, and business-oriented Team Leader/Administrator for our office in Stockholm (Bergshamra).

About the role

In this role, you work from our office and have overall responsibility for daily operations, personnel, and customer relations. You will become the hub of our operations, handling everything from operational planning to sales support and personnel matters. The role requires strong self-drive, a pronounced sense of order, and the ability to build good relationships remotely.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling: Daily resource planning and route optimization for our cleaners.
  • Personnel responsibility: Lead, motivate, and support our cleaning team, handle time reporting, and conduct ongoing follow-ups.
  • Quotation and sales work: Receive inquiries, calculate assignments, and create professional quotations for new and existing customers.
  • Customer contact and support: Responsible for ongoing customer communication via phone and email, answer questions, and handle any discrepancies or complaints.
  • Quality follow-up: Ensure that performed services meet Cleanflat's high quality requirements through administrative control and system support.

Who are you?

We are looking for a versatile and solution-oriented person who thrives with significant personal responsibility. You are structured, administratively strong, and can maintain your composure even when the pace is high. Since the role involves a lot of communication, you have a professional demeanor and a natural ability to lead and motivate others. You have experience in the cleaning industry.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, as you are responsible for contracts, quotations, and ongoing customer contact.
  • ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENT: You speak and write Polish fluently. Since a significant part of our cleaning team has Polish as their native language, this is an absolute condition to be able to exercise effective personnel responsibility and manage daily internal communication.
  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, customer service, or quotation processing.
  • Experience in personnel leadership or coordination, preferably within the cleaning or service industry, is meritorious.
  • It is meritorious if you have a B-driving license.
  • It is highly meritorious if you have experience with the business system Tengella.
