We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor (Bevakningsledare) within road or railway sectors for an assignment with Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration).

This is a consultancy assignment covering the Middle and Eastern regions. The role involves frequent travel and active participation in meetings at project sites.

The scope of the assignment is ongoing and based on both new and ongoing security supervision projects.

The work involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork skills.

The Assignment

As a Security Supervisor, you are responsible for security supervision assignments within road and railway sectors. You oversee that the developers' projects, which affect Trafikverket's facilities, are designed and produced in accordance with Trafikverket's requirements and guidelines. The work is carried out in close collaboration with internal clients and technical specialists, and includes follow-up, reporting, and coordination throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with necessary internal Trafikverket technical specialists when starting new security supervision assignments.
• Ensure that the developer is informed about permits, plans, or dispensations that need to be established or applied for prior to production.
• Ensure that the developer books track times for works affecting railways and negotiates with Trafikverket regarding traffic impact for roads.
• Ensure that internal Trafikverket technical specialists have the opportunity to review the developer's documentation and proposed facilities according to Trafikverket's requirements and guidelines.
• Draft proposals for implementation agreements between Trafikverket and the developer where required.
• Ensure that internal Trafikverket resources follow up on the construction site during the developer's production phase.
• Inform Trafikverket's managing VO UH about the developer's work.
• Ensure that the developer establishes and hands over necessary maintenance data and relationship documents.
• Report back to the internal Trafikverket client that the security supervision assignment is completed.
• Manage forecasts and cost follow-up, and prepare documentation for Trafikverket's invoicing where required.
• Report the status and progress of security supervision assignments monthly to the designated contact person.
• Handle and store documentation in a shared digital archive according to Trafikverket's procedures.
• Use Project Portal and associated systems for reporting on economy, risk, and time.

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

For Road Security Supervision:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within state and municipal road/street projects in the last 10 years.
• Completed training in "Work on Road Level 2" or equivalent. The training must have been completed within the last three (3) years.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.

For Railway Security Supervision:

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within railway projects in the last 10 years.
• Completed training in SoS planning. The training must have been completed within the last three (3) years.
• Experience in safety management and GOP.
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car.
