Job Responsibilities
The responsibilities of an automotive mechanic involve servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing vehicles. As a mechanic, you will receive customers when they drop off their cars. Through conversations with the customer, you will have a better opportunity to determine the issue and estimate how long the repair will take. You will work independently.
Requirements and Competencies
- Experience with vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Competence in diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of various car brands and models.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Perform repairs and servicing on various vehicles.
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting using modern equipment.
