Job Description:

In the role of Team Leader, you manage the entire logistics flow for the departments you are responsible for. This means you lead the entire process from ordering to shelf completion. As a Team Leader, you will work within the framework of the BAUHAUS concept, guidelines, values, business plan, routines, and policies. You are responsible for ensuring a good fill rate, taking into account seasonal variations and campaigns. Furthermore, you ensure order and tidiness, confirm order proposals, and ensure that spot inventories function correctly. It is important that you are an early riser as early shifts start at 05:00. You will also work actively to minimize waste and are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment. If needed, you will also be part of the company's on-call group.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can express your sense of service and structure. You easily identify others' needs, are accommodating, and suggest improvements. We also believe you have an understanding of product flows, economics, and quality. If you are also a relationship-building team player who enjoys human interaction, you will be a valued colleague.

You have completed upper secondary education or equivalent. You are proficient in Swedish (spoken and written) and English (spoken). We prefer that you have previous experience working in a similar operation, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a leadership position. You strive for quality and can work both long-term and short-term. A good understanding of economics and basic mathematical skills are required. You are a driven and meticulous problem solver while being organized and skilled at maintaining relationships both internally and externally. A driver's license is required.

The position is a full-time temporary assignment, 38.25 hours/week.
