About the position

As an employee in home care, you provide support and care to our clients in their own homes. The tasks vary depending on the individual's needs and may include personal care, support with daily chores, and social support.

The work takes place in the evenings, and you travel between clients by bicycle, which means you need to feel comfortable cycling in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Provide support and companionship during meals
• Help with dressing and undressing as well as mobility
• Perform simple household chores according to the care plan
• Provide social support and create a sense of security for our clients
• Document performed interventions according to company routines
• Cycle between client visits during work shifts

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good interpersonal approach
• Enjoys working with people and building good relationships
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Is confident in cycling and enjoys active work
• Has good teamwork skills
• Has good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience from home care, elderly care, or healthcare and social services
• Education in healthcare and social care
• Experience with documentation in healthcare
