At Submit Staffing & Recruitment, we are currently looking for several production assistants to join our partner company in Rosersberg, North Stockholm.

The role involves working within food production and packaging, where you will contribute to both the manufacturing and packing of products. No prior experience is required; we are looking for candidates with the right personal qualities.

About the workplace:

The company prepares all meals for Arlanda Airport. Therefore, familiarity with production lines and comfort working in hygiene zones are significant advantages. The work is performed at a high pace, where you, even while working independently at your station, collaborate with colleagues to deliver the final product.

Profile:

• Good ability to take initiative
• Thrives in repetitive and structured work
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
• Stress-resistant and able to work at a high pace
• Detail-oriented and takes the work seriously

Requirements:

• Good proficiency in Swedish (written and spoken)

Merits:

• Knowledge of Thai, Mongolian, Filipino, or Russian
• Previous experience in stress-resistant and repetitive work

Start: Immediately
Salary: According to agreement
Working hours: Full-time / Part-time
